Cant scroll down

Hello. I am new at this. I built a website through go daddy using word press and a template. My problem is this:

The column to the very left of my webpage with a menu saying, HOME, ABOUT US, SERVICE, CHECKOUT wont scroll down. The main portion of the site does, but the left column doesn’t, so the person viewing can see or select any of the links past maybe the third one. Any ideas?
