Can't save settings

Hi,

I’m having issues with w3 Total Cache installed on a WordPress Network, I am trying to integrate MaxCDN but the plugin will not save any updates I make to the settings.

The ‘support us’ pop-up will show every time i visit a w3tc admin page, any ideas on why this is happening?
