Can’t Save Option Changes

Downloaded Widget-Options, trying to hide certain widgets on mobile. However once I install the plugin, if I change any setting on and widget, the “Done” button disappears and there is no way to save. Therefore I can’t save any of the changes I make. Only happens when this plugin is installed, behavior stops happening when this plugin is deactivated.

Is this a known issue?
