Try deactivating the pluggin and then reinstalling it. That fixed a similar problem for me.
I try to deactivate all plugins, delete, change to default theme but the problem still remain.
I notice that the version 1.8.0 don’t give me this problem.
What is change in the last version?

please create a new membership level and check if you can save expiration time. if that works, its gonna help me understand the problem better.
Hi, update the plugin to last version 2.1.3 but the problem still remain. I also try to create new membership level but the plugin don’t save the data.
The old membership level show me all “No Expiry”, but I set the expiration time on the 1.8.0 version.
