The website isn’t launched yet, as I just start making this site (I decided to play around with Woocommerce variable product first to make sure that it’d function in the way I want). Somehow I can now remove the attributes and variations now, but bulk edit doesn’t seem to work, e.g. I input “1” for stock (at the variation level), but after the page is reloaded, I still see the variation amount shown as “0” …
I’m quite concern about this issue actually, as I’ll be working with a lot of multivariable products. I’d appreciate it if anyone could pinpoint possible culprit(s) behind this issue (plugin incompatibility? some kinda bug? etc?).
And lastly, if I use Smart Manager (free or paid version), would I be able to bypass this issue?

There is some current issue with variation stock management, but I can’t tell if its the issue you are experiencing. A fix is on the way shortly:

Otherwise the generic method of debugging is to temporarily deactivate other plugins. If your issue is fixed, reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify the one that is causing the conflict.
If you still have a bug after deactivating other plugins, consider contacting your theme vendor’s support service. wordpress.org members don’t have access to commercial themes.
I think whether or not Smart Manager can work round the problem, I would still want the system working properly without Smart Manager. If there is some incomplete or corrupted install, or some other issue, this wants fixing first.
Just want to give an update on the issue.
Woocommerce 2.5.2 has been released and it fixed the problem I had.

….and now the same problem is back… cannot delete Product Attributes again…
Same problem (I think). Can’t remove attributes or add variations for variable products. Running Woocommerce 2.5.2, have tried deactivating all other plugins but still not working. Was working fine yesterday!
Update: works fine on a live hosting environment but still having the same issues working from localhost.
