Can’t post comments

I’ve looked around the forum and still can’t find a fix to that (chalk it up to six months from Medicare, perhaps). I have a couple of Administrators who when they login from the site (in fact this is true of anyone) and want to leave a comment on a post, get nothing more than a “you must be logged in to comment” message, even though they’re clearly logged in. The site is http://www.asternglance.com.

If this a duplicate request, mea culpa, but I just can’t seem to find the solution.
