Cant login to admin after using cache plugin

I wanted to see if I could speed up my blog so I found a site suggested to use a cache plugin (w3-total-cache and wp-super-cache). I installed both and activated both but now I cant log in. I tried deleting the plugin using ftp but it doesnt work. The site still works just I cant log in to edit anything.
