Can't login into new wordpress site

Hey there,

I just installed wordpress into a subdirectory on site which later be moved to the root directory. The installation works but when I try to login to the site, it won’t let me in. Nothing happens. The admin username and password space is still blank.

Please advise what I”m doing wrong.
