Can’t log out

    Users can’t log out of my wordpress blog. On my blog when someone is logged in (for commenting for example) and they click on the logout link it takes them to

    /wp-login.php?action=logout

    This page has a title of “WordPress Failure Notice” and says “You are attempting to log out of [blog name]” then Please try again. The please try again link takes them back to the original page. How can I fix this? Is this a bug?
