    First Question: Did you move the index.php file out of the folder holding the rest of the files for wordpress?

    Uh im not sure..I got attacked and someone added some weird script into a bunch of my index.php file and possibly duplicated it randomly. I contacted my host and they removed the script but now I cannot log in.

    Download a fresh copy of WordPress and replace all the files on your server with the new ones using an FTP program.
