Can't log in

    After a vacation away from the web for a while, WordPress asked me to login tonight on my site. It recognized neither my email address nor my password, however. What’s a good way to deal with this?

    Sure there is. It’s me, with the same email address I used when I registered. I don’t get it.

    This is really irritating not being able to get into my own site. Has this happened to anyone? I’ve been accessing the site for a couple of years and this hasn’t happened before.

    may be someone got access to your account…. do you have phpmyadmin access??

    Not sure. I don’t recognize the term ‘phpmyadmin’. Why do you ask?

    I am having similar problem…..my email has changed since I last logged in and password is not working. I cannot reset the password because it is sending the confirmation mail to my old address. Is there a way I can edit a file via ftp to correct the email address? If so, what is the filename?

    phpmyadmin refers to place where all your databases are saved… if u have access to that then your password can be changed….
