Can’t load new template

Hello, it looks like the url field for a new xsl location always adds a / at the end so my file won’t load.

This may be because the current site is local to my computer but I doubt it.

So I put in a full or relative url that ends in .xsl and it adds a slash to the end when I save. When I load the site map page, the console has 404 (Not Found) and the url.

When i copy the url and put it in the browser, I get a wordpress 404. When I remove the end slash, I get a file download box.

Am I doing this wrong?
