Can’t load after host network transfer..

My host had a network transfer and after the transfer, they had a subdomain change, now I can’t get into my wordpress directory to view my wordpress blog and admin panel. I asked them and they said there’s somethihng to do with updating configuration beacuse of the sibdomain change.

So is there anyway that i can do so or if it’s other problem, how do i solve it.

PS: the other stuff and files in my directory are exactly the same as before, just that i can’t load the wordpress directory.
