if you wanna check it out http://www.katestruth.com
If you bought your domain and hosting within the last 48 hours, you will just have to wait 🙂 It can take up to this amount of time (or even longer) for your domain to propagate. No hosting company that I have seen notes this in their sales literature 🙂 … it’s not instant.
When you are working in the “admin site part”, note the URL that is being displayed; more than likely a temporary one assigned by the hosting provider.
It looks like your site was installed in the “wordpress” directory: http://www.katestruth.com/wordpress
To ensure your site is visible at the URL without “wordpress” in it, follow these instructions: Giving WordPress Its Own Directory – Using a pre-existing subdirectory install
I think i really messed it up now. I am now really impressed with people like you! I tried to follow the instructions best i could and now i don’t know what to do because i can’t get back on the admin website this is the url now

Hi ktisdale12,
Hosting companies often add an “index.html” file to your site when you create a new account with them. Just login to your FTP or File Manage from cPanel and delete these files. The possible name of this file could be “index.html” or “home.html”.
Hope this could resolve your issue.
