Can’t install Updraft Plus

    Hi,

    I’m very new at using WordPress and I have installed the updraft plugin on one website but on another one, hosted by GoDaddy, when I click on the “install Now’ button, it thinks about it for a bit and then says “update failed”.

    Any ideas???

    Hi,

    It appears that the installation has failed partway.
    Can you try to re-install the plugin?

    I have tried that numerous times but it just does the same thing???

    Hi,

    Is your web hosting account full (i.e. not enough disk space available) ? You’ll need around 25MB available to install UD (and then space to create backups in).
