Can't get into Dashboard!

    I have been using my blog for a couple of years now and suddenly today, I get this error message when I try to open my Dashboard…

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/kirst/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 16

    Please help!

    Try re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    I am having the same issue, and re-uploading new includes and admin did not help. This ocurred after trying the auto-update to the current WP if that helps. The site is fine but I cannot access the dashboard.
