can’t get access token error

    Hi,
    my bank give me these info to link my payment gateway to my website
    Merchant API ID [ClientId]
    Merchant API Password [ClientSecret]
    Merchant Encrypted account key [ENCRP_KEY]
    can you help me which felids I need to put these info into?
    because I get a “can’t get access token” error
