cant find editor under appearance

    Have WP Security plugin and no editor option under appearance. How do I allow myself to temporarily use editor to edit css files, then set WP Security back to where it was.

    note: I cannot get a hold of the admin who set this security plugin. follow ups are not allowed, that what our agreement to avoid paying out the nose.
