    Dear Mr Venet,

Thank you for your plugin. I am stuck, however. I cannot edit the Post Type fields anymore, after I’ve created it. This is unwanted; I would like to edit the settings of the custom post.

How to do this? I use the most recent version of WP and of your plugin (4.6.1).

    Many thanks for your reply.

    Best regards,

    Max de Feber

Also, I cannnot update the custom post settings, I get this error message:

“Something is wrong, try to reload the page”

Reloading the page, however, doesn’t help.

Created post are frozen so as not create broken posts in the future. If you start to submit forms to posts and later your change the mapping, the subsequent mappings will break the post logic, potentially creating a lot more problems. So this is a security measure.

If you know how to hack your database, you can easily get around this limitation by looking at the meta fields saved in the contact form 7 posts. However, this is at your own risk.

If you are experimenting with this plugin, I suggest you simply duplicate your form, and try the mapping again. You can then delete your original form.
