Can't edit bulk discount

Hi guys!

So, I’m trying to add some bulk discount to my store, but it’s not working. I followed this tutorial, http://www.atfmarketing.com.br/2015/06/02/como-adicionar-descontos-em-todos-os-produtos-do-seu-e-commerce/ but when I refresh the page, no changes are made.

Someone knows what may be?
