Can't Drop Widgets

    I am not able to drag widgets into my sidebar anymore.

    I have a few sites. On the main site, that my hosting plan is on. I can drag and drop widgets.

    I added a few add-on domains, but they are there own sites, meaning they are simply their own address. (Sorry if my language is not technically correct.)

    On all of the addon sites:
    I can not drag and drop widgets.
    I can not, drop down the screen options menu to enable them.
    I have done a fresh install of WP 3.2.1.
    I have no plugins on the site yet. None.

    I really wish someone can help me. This seems to be the kind of thing that should simply work without coding etc.
