Can't Drag Menu and Widgets

    Hello,

    I have a WordPress 3.5 based installation. I disabled all the plugins, did the plugin reset (i.e. renaming the plugins folder to plugins.hold), changing the current theme to 2010, 2011, 2012. But still I can’t drag any menu and widgets.

    I’ve read many threads about this problem but it seems so vague. Some was resolved some didn’t.

    Anybody have the same problem?
