Can't disable Image Placeholder

    Hi Max

    Just downloaded and activated v0.8.12 and then unchecked the box for Image Placeholder.

    On saving the settings I get “The Media Vault placeholder image ID must be the ID of an existing image attachment in your media library. Please select a different Media Vault placeholder image.” Even though I’ve deselected this option.

    I’ve tried Restore default and even picking “another” image, to no avail. Then I can’t get rid of the image I chose, without deleting and reinstalling the plugin.

    Is the default image supposed to be visible? (It isn’t)

    Any ideas?

    BTW the WordPress installation has WP core files in a folder called /cms/ at root level – and /wp-content/ also at root level (which is our usual practice). Is that likely to be an issue?
