Can’t create variations ???

    Hi everyone – I hope someone here can help with this – I can’t seem to add the variables and attributes that I want to add. I would like to create a selection box (capacity) and 4 choices under that. “Capacity” is listed as a variable, but its not active in my product page.

    I’m not sure but I’m wondering if this problem might be related to the fact that the product I’m trying to add variables to was imported with an Alidropship plug in.

    Hi there,

    The link provided goes to your backend link to the product so we do not have access to that. Do you have a front end link to the product? I understand the attributes and variables have been created but it’s not showing on the front end?

    Please make sure that all the variable options have prices, or else it will show as out of stock.
