“When I try to create a Backup, it goes to the Export screen.”
That is exactly how our plugin works – to create a backup is to export your site.
Our error log is located in /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/error.log.
Could you let me know what you find?

I have posted what is in the error log below. What I’m trying to explain is that when I “create a Backup”, no backup is ever created when I go back to the Backup screen…it just says “There are no backups available at this time, why not create a new one?” And when trying to export, it goes through to 100% but then hangs for hours the “Exporting database” screen and no export ever is downloaded.
