Can't change settings

    Just wanted to let you know since the update if I go to any of my settings pages, Hooks, Settings, AddOns I see the list of things but if Click on the titles nothing happens… AKA I can’t set anything up. Site is Realmofnobles.com

    Thanks for looking into this. Love the plugin but need this to work and setup with the options you have discribed.

    I have tried on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox if that helps any…

    Hey Mmatera.

    A few questions:

    – What version did you use before updating?
    – Have you tried disabling the plugin then re-enabling it?
    If you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file, what error messages do you get?

    I had version 1.0 before updating… Not sure if that matters. I reinstalled it after all the problems I had, so this is a fresh install.

    I just tried disabling and reactivating and it didn’t work…

    As for the WP_Debug that is a bit over my head. I am a 6th grade teacher who is trying to get this plugin to work. Thanks for the help and I hope we can get this figured out.

    There is a file in the root of your website called wp-config.php. In that file you will find:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    Change this to:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

    Then re-visit the settings page and see what error messages are shown to you. By default these are hidden from you resulting in blank screens or missing details.

    When you see these error messages, just copy and paste them here and we can move from there.

    I see no error messages when I do this…. Everything looks the same.

    Would it be possible for you to take a screenshot?
    Is the settings page the only page not working?
    Can you disable/enable any add-ons or hooks?

    It turns out there is a conflict with the BuddyPress Groups Extras plugin. This issue was resolved by de-enqueueing this plugins own accordion script from being loaded on myCRED pages.

    I have updated known issues with a solution.
