Can’t Change Permissions

    Hello,

    I am trying to alter a couple files, such as the comments.php, and my wp-admin is telling me that I need to adjust the codex and change the permissions. I have tried absolutely everything and it is still not allowing this.

    Is this part of the new version? Do I have to pay for some custom CSS editor? Does anyone have any experience with this?

    I need to have the ability to edit files, especially in the /themes/misty/mistylook directory.
