Can't Change Current Theme, Twenty Ten

    I cannot change the current theme (Twenty Ten). If I activate another theme it will take affect on the site, but the dashboard still displays Twenty Ten as the current theme.

    I uploaded the new theme through the theme installer on the dashboard (not FTP) and removed all my plugins.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem or have possible solutions?
