Can’t authorize stackpath

    I have an active stackpath account and subsequent CDN. I have previously configured stackpath with w3totalcache; however, for some reason the they two are no longer linked.

    When I try to click the ‘authorize’ button within the CDN settings section it doesn’t take me anywhere. The ‘Sign up now and save!’ button takes me to the Stackpath website but I can’t authorize my account via the w3 plugin page.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

    Can you confirm if your WP Dashboard language is English? If not switch to English and try again.

    Yes, my language is set to English (Australia)

    Hello,

    You said that you had it configured before. Have you made any changes recently? installed some other plugins etc? Please disable other plugins to check if they are blocking the pop-up window that should appear after clicking the Authorize button.
    I’ve just tested a button and it works with no issues.
