Can't activate plugin

On my site http://www.go-sail.org/ I can install and un-install plugins. When I try to activate them I get the error, “the website cannot display the page” error.

I have two other sites on this same server that are behaving properly.

Can anybody help me with this problem? It was working properly just a couple weeks ago and I have not been messing around with the plugins a lot.
