Hi @darinb
Thanks for the details — and for already testing by disabling security/cache plugins. The error:
“No route was found matching the URL and request method.”
usually means MailPoet can’t reach the WordPress REST API route it needs to activate the automation.
Could you please try/check these?
- REST API test: open
https://noovango.com/wp-json/
(You should see a JSON response, not a 404/error.)
- Re-save permalinks: WP Admin → Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes.
- Quick permalink test: temporarily switch Permalinks to Plain, save, then try activating the automation again (you can switch back afterward).
If it still fails: we’ve also seen this happen when a server/CDN/proxy strips required HTTP headers (including X-HTTP-Method-Override) used by some REST requests. Could you tell me:
- Are you using Cloudflare or another CDN/proxy?
- Has any custom code/security hardening been added that might affect REST requests/headers?
If you can also paste MailPoet → Help → System Status, that would help us investigate this further.
Looking forward to your response!
Hi there,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any other questions, please feel free to open a new thread. Take care, and have a wonderful day.
