Can't Access Admin On New Computer

Hi, my laptop is broken and I am using a new computer which does not have my passwords saved. I tried to log in to my site (http://rubsomedirtblog.com/wp-admin) and said “forgot password.” It said my email address was not found, but I still know my username. Clicked “lost my password” and it supposedly sent me an email, which I have not received (not surprising since it didn’t recognize it). I only have 2 email addresses; it’s not in either inbox, junk or spam box, etc. Now that the password has been reset and supposedly sent to my email (which it hasn’t), how can I log in?
