Can’t Access Admin Login : Error 404

Hi!
I couldn’t get in to my wordpress admin.
http://www.filamartists.com/wp-login.php
turns to:
http://www.filamartists.com/wp-admin/
I get to the page that says:

Not Found, Error 404

The page you are looking for no longer exists. Perhaps you can find what you are looking for by searching the site archives by page, category, or month.

Please help.
I was just working inside my admin dashboard last night & now I couldn’t access it.

Any help would be appreciated.
