cannot upload images

    Hi I cannot upload images to my blog. I keep getting the following message

    Unable to create directory /hsphere/local/home/b*****/b*****.ie/b*****blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I am a new blogger so step by step if anyone can help please

    Make sure that “uploads” folder is writable. Depending on your server configuration, you will need to set 777 or 755 permissions to upload folder.
