Cannot update or save drafts

    For a while now I’ve been having issues editing drafts on my site. I have a post saved, but when I tried to edit it and save it I keep getting the “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected.” message or it just won’t load at all. Also when I tried to load a preview, I will get a failed to open page error.

    So I decided to open a new post and edit it. I am able to open a preview and save it, but as soon as I’ve saved it once I have the same issues again. I cannot open the preview or press save a second time.

    I was getting a update PHP notice for a while on my site and I thought that was the issue. So I updated it to 5.6 today (since updating to 7 caused my site to disappear.) but sadly I’m still getting the same errors.

    All of my plugins are up to date and I have deactivated each of them to see if they were the problem, but there was no change. It is not an issue with my internet connection. This is getting very frustrating.

    I think I may have found the issue, there was some sort of strange coding at the end of my post and removing it seems to have helped, but I’m keeping this open until I know for sure.
