cannot save posts ! (see pic)

hi

i can’t save posts or pretty much do anything in /wp-admin – i don’t know if i’ve accidentally changed something or what … but have a look at the picture and you’ll see what i mean .

i’ve replaced the files in /wp-admin(php, css), /blog root, with new versions – still the problem – although i can see the ‘save’ & ‘publish’ buttons now . swapped themes, still the same . any ideas ?
