what is the url to your blog?
here it is:
http://www.jimmcbride.co.uk/site/
The theme is K2 on WP 2.2.3
thats not an error message that WordPress is generating — what plugins are you using?
Disable them one by one.. starting with things that might be affecting comments, and then try again.
Fwiw, the reason I wanted your url was to make sure that your comments form is actually picking up the post ID and it is:
<input name="comment_post_ID" value="278" type="hidden">
thats a K2 error.. I just googled it .. You might get better help over on their forums.
OK I’ve gone through the plugins and think it might be the ‘AJAX page loader plugin’.
*edit
Nope, don’t think it is,unable to post comments again.
supposedly someone else had that issue, and that was the fix.
Alrightee, I think it’s a K2 (K2 Release Candidate 1) bug.
I’ve switched back to K2 v096 and it’s all good.

I’ve recently installed WP 2.2.3 (though I intend to upgrade), but I am unable to post any comments – I get this message highlighted in yeller:
“The post you are trying to comment on does not currently exist in the database.”
Please excuse my noobness, but what does this mean?
