• I just installed a theme that I love, but there’s one problem: I can’t order the pages so they’re NOT in alphabetical order like the rest of my menu pages.

These pages only show up on my Services and all other pages under the parent Services page on the right in the content area. I wouldn’t even care if they were removed. Is there someone who can guide me in either sorting these pages in the order I want them, or just tell me how to remove them completely?

    Thank you!

  • What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

It’s the Waterside theme by HermesThemes.com, Version 1.0.8. My site is http://www.virtualprecisionbusinesssolutions.com. If you go to the Services page, you’ll see the pages listed in alphabetical order in the right sidebar – I think I’d rather just remove them completely – there’s no need for them to be there.

Thank you for responding! Let me know how I can remove this list, if possible.

Looks like a custom (theme) widget that’s added to the sidebar. Check if your page Services uses a custom sidebar or check Appearance → Widgets

Thanks for following up so quickly! I had already checked the widgets area in the Appearance section and there’s no widget in the sidebar that appears for this particular function. So I am sure, like you said, that it’s a custom sidebar set up in the code somewhere – but I don’t know where to look and I’m not sure what the code looks like to remove this…

Try asking the theme author(s) here
