Cannot login to wordpress

My GoDaddy installation seemed to work perfectly until i try to logon when i get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_script() in /home/content/t/o/m/tomsy/html/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php on line 32

any ideas…
