Maybe try this. I used this method and now i can log in.
Go to this link to find out how to disable all plugins to log in again

Once you are logged in activate all plugins one by one. Enable iThemes security last.
Then go to bottom link to setup email mobile OTP & generate backup codes in case you can’t login via OTP or email.

Than i’ve logged in and unistalled ithemes.

Yes i find Wordfence easier to use and does bulk of the job it is suppose to do. iThemes Security takes a bit of time to configure and i advise anyone using iThemes Security not to use default settings of Ithemes and take time to configure it according to their own requirements.
