Cannot log into admin area

    When I try to login to the admin area on my website at
    http://www.mcrafthost.net/wp-login.php
    It just redirects me back to the login page even though I typed the correct username and password. Why is this happening?

    Sometimes it does work, and when it does it says that I do not have sufficient permission to access the page.

    Well this is strange, but I found the problem. The option_id was 92 for some reason, also the prefix of the entry was mcraft_user_roles (which is what the old database’s prefix was) and so I changed that to wp_user_roles and then pasted in the code that wprock gave me and it is working now!
