Cannot Get WordPress Install to Start

I have MySQL and PHP installed via XAMPP. I created a database in phpMyAdmin called wordpress and assigned a username and password with all of the privileges. XAMPP is installed in D:/Program Files/xampp and my WordPress files and in a folder called blog also under Program Files. I’ve edited the wp-congif with all of the information including the keys and when I try to goto http://localhost/blog/wp-admin/install.php it tells “Object Not Found” Error 404.

Any thoughts?
