When I select Main Menu form the drop down list under Main Options and refresh my page, the menu says “critical error on this website” in place of where my Main Menu should be. I haven’t made any changes to the default options and everything tutorial video I’ve watched has made this look really simple.

I can’t seem to make the plugin find my menu, I can’t even make the plugin display my logo when I upload it from my Media Library.. I need help

My desktop site keeps getting squished and compressed as well, and if I choose to display only on mobile devices the site crashes.

Hi @jeremy5b,

Can you let me know your site URL?

Try to deactivate all plugins except WP Mobile Menu since it seems that something may be causing a conflict.

If it works fine activate again the plugins one by one or several at each time and keep testing to identify the problematic plugin.

it has completely changed the dimensions of my staging site, which is probably a more pertinent issue than the plugin being unable to locate my menus.

you are getting an internal server error. Check the error.log file in your server to see what is causing that error.

Regarding WP Mobile Menu try to exclude our scripts from the Autoptimize plugin.
