cannot edit post

Hey Peeps,

I cannot edit any of my posts, I disabled all plugins, and changed themes but nothing changes. most of the features such as adding an image, closing the category, published, featured box on the right of the screen does not work. im able to post new post and everything works fine but when it comes to editing. nothing works. please help
