Hi there. I am trying to edit a visual composer page (yes, visual composer site builder page…not wpbakery…lol, I know the difference) and all it does is loop the loading icon. After opening the chrome inspect tool I get the errors listed below in bold. Has anyone come across this issue? I don’t have this issue on another site I manage, but they are a premium license. If I try to create a new page, it generally doesn’t allow me to add any items to the new page, but shows up in navigation view as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Can you check your email spam folder as sometimes the confirmation can land in spam. You can also drop us a message via contact page of our website, so that the issue can be debugged further.

Still no luck Rohan…I’ve submitted with all info required. No confirmation email anywhere, and the only option to contact on your contact page leads back to logging into the premium account and submitting a ticket. Unless, you want me to ask for help using the pre-sale form…
