cannot connect unknown error

Hi – Apparently my client hasn’t been getting emails to their business accounts. The email was obscured by cleantalk but when you click on the link, a popup would show up saying “cannot connect unknown error”. I turned it off and emails are working again. This apparently has been going on for quite some time (they primarily use their gmail for communications). I’d like to turn cleantalk back on to block woocommerce spam orders. But even though I turned off everything except Woo settings, the blurred cleantalk thing showed up over email. Thanks
