    @dinonik – Are there any recent entries in your “error_logs” that reference NextGEN Gallery?

    I resolve problem, I have installed plugin (that’s last plugin that I add on my page) for multi-languages qTranslate, now I remove this plugin and all work just fine, I can add image as like first time. Now NextGEN gallery work 100% for me. Problem resolved!
