Cannot add order notes

I noticed that I cannot leave order notes, both private and public. It just keeps showing the loading symbol and getting stuck there. I tried rolling back Woocommerce to previous versions, and that didn’t work. Could I get some help here?

If it is just a loading symbol this means that something is blocking that area.

The first thing to check – open the browser console and look for errors in the JavaScript console – any 404s or 503s?

Second, check for fatal errors in your WooCommerce logs – anything logged which could point to the cause?
