Hi Jana!
Looks like the staging site wasn’t created successfully, please confirm with your hosting provider that you have enough free disk space on the server, and try to create a new staging site, if you still have this issue, open a support ticket via this form and we will help you further from there.
Thanks,
Alaa

Unfortunately, no success: I received this response
Good day,
our shared hosting does not provide for an increase in the memory limit, nor is it possible.
You may need to reduce your usage or use a different hosting service (vServer, etc.).
Kind regards

Hi @janalopusnikova,
Thank you for the update. Just to clarify, I was referring to server disk space (storage) rather than memory (RAM), as these are different resources.
If your hosting provider is unable to increase your disk space, here are a few options to resolve this:
- Upgrade your plan: Move to a higher hosting tier with more storage.
- Switch providers: Consider a host that offers more flexible resource limits.
- Use the “Uploads Symlink” feature: This is available in WP STAGING PRO and allows the staging site to share the same “uploads” folder as the live site, which significantly saves disk space.
Since we are not allowed to discuss premium features here on the WordPress.org forums, please use our pre-sales form for any further questions regarding the Pro version: https://wp-staging.com/contact-us-presale-and-premium-support/
