Cannot Access Theme Options page

    I have been running this website for a long time using a theme created with Artisteer. Suddenly, In my Appearance Tab, I do not have “Theme Options, Editor and so forth”

    I tried deactivating all my plugins, did not bring the options back

    I tried installing other themes (also created with Artisteer) and this also did not work. (I should mention that those themes DO work and have the options on other sites running the same wordpress version (latest).)

    I also tried changing the functions.php from edit_themes to edit_themes_options (I saw this in another thread). This did not work either

    please help!
